The accessible bathtub is nearly the same. Still has a seat and the adjustable showerhead/sprayer. It is typically a bit larger of a bathroom for wheelchair accessibility. I think most people would prefer an accessible room with a bathtub over the shower. If it is also a hearing impaired room, it will have the doorbell.
