I don't mind it, really, though it isn't spectacular either. Grab a beer, some mediocre snacks and a seat by the window and I'll be fine for a quick layover. A bit more time I'll take a shower, too. More time after that I might wander down to the NH lounge for some noodles and a sake tasting.
If I have more time than that there's a decent chance I'll head in to Narita town or Tokyo proper to make decent use of my time.

Me, too, though it depends on the departure gate for my flight and if I want to have windows or not (one of the two is in the basement).
