I have a booking with them for next year. I switched the seats via BA.com and within a few days they were on the phone to me, checking I'd actually made that request which I thought was well spotted.
That's good. Our corporate TA is on the ball like that (they called me to tell me I had an op-up(!)) and they are usually willing to try and book an ITA fare as well.
