Which properties? I just tried to make a dummy reservation and the only one who charged a parking fee was the Hampton Inn Downtown (which has always had a fee).
The Greenville Hilton, Homewood Suites, and Hilton Garden Inn confirmations are all showing the proposed parking charge of $10.00/ day beginning 10.27.2013. Anyone that books a room prior to that date will be validated at no charge.
