Google drive times are unrealistic unless you drive late at night. I can get from SEA to near downtown Vancouver in 2 1/2 hrs, if I leave SEA after 2100 (FWIW, border crossing is less than 1-2 minutes just before or around midnight). During day times, traffic through Seattle will slow you down much below the speed limit.

And traffic through Vancouver will always be slow.
