Not a frequent visitor to this site, so subject may have been previously discussed. I do stay at a Hilton property somewhere on a weekly basis and encountered something new (to me, anyway).
I booked a couple of Hilton properties in Greenville, SC for late October- had to book two separate hotels as a room was not available at one location for the duration of my visit.
Anywhoo, while later looking over my confirmation, I noticed that both properties will begin charging a $10/day parking charge with unlimited entry/exit privileges. Checking into a bit further, I noticed that most Greenville Hilton properties will begin charging $10/day for parking beginning Oct. 27.
The parking lots on these properties are wide open, not exactly sure how Hilton will enforce this new policy, unless completely on honor system. Hopefully, it will not become the norm.
