Had our MiFi sent to the hotel in Tokyo. Used all over Tokyo and Kyoto, returned it to the post office box inside a convenience store behind the HND int'l terminal check-in counters. Extremely satisfied. Two minor quibbles though: the newer MiFis I've seen from Verizon (and really, they're not all that new) are significantly slimmer than the one we received. Perhaps we were just saddled with an older unit, but it was bulkier than I'd have preferred. The other was that the device would need to be restarted a few times in order to switch back from 3G to LTE, and the only reason I'd know to do this was because at some point I'd received LTE in the same place I was now receiving 3G. In any case, highly recommended, especially for the price.
