Thanks for the offers everyone. I ended up cashing the 5K for a tour of Chicago because the awards mall wouldn't let me ship anything to the US.

The 7500 one way to Canada is a great sweet spot. I'll keep that in mind for future AmEx MR transfers. The Nashville Predators have a trip to Edmonton, Calgary, and Winnipeg in Jan but those teams are further west.
