This has happened to me before where the money was deducted from my account but I closed out of the window before confirmation because the browser crashed.
As others have suggested, you need to call CX to get it resolved. They will have a record of the transaction. I seem to remember that I needed to tell the agent some basic information and approximate time I made the booking. The issue is that although the money was paid, the system did not issue the e-ticket for whatever reason.
Since there is a record and you already paid pricing should not change. I can never get through on the English line but the mandarin line usually picks up quite quickly.
