I was wondering the same thing about Puerto Rico. I pretty much found out that no, there really wasn't. I was only able to find a small B & B that was clothing optional in the house for the owners benefit....

Check gaycampers.com for whichever country you are going to. I have found them about the easiest way to locate gay clothing optional resorts.
