So the Turkish legs from TLS-IST-ATH were a separate Coach Award than the rest of the trip. Literally at Toulouse Airport, I just asked if a complimentary upgrade was available and showed her my *A Gold Card. Amazingly, like in the good ol' days she gave it to me.
