+1 but I've been using the little brown(?) bag with a Velcro fastener, that I was given to me on QF SIN-PER back in 2002! (my first ever international J, upgraded myself using points, which was a good deal in those days)
But on my last trip I had trouble fitting all my bits in that bag (nowadays there's bits for the tablet PC, the phone and the camera, plus spare batteries etc)
So I think on my next trip I'll start using my CX J bag - that's about 50% bigger
