Nearest S-Bahn is "Niederrad", which is two stops from the local train station at Frankfurt Airport (the one inside the terminal on the lower level). From there take the light rail to "Bürostadt Niederrad" (one stop) - the hotel is right across the stop. You can also walk from the S-Bahn station, it will be approximately 10 minutes from there.
