There's only one stand that sell sim card down the "main" / middle aisle of Ap Liu Street. Most of the sim stands are on the "right" (or I guess South?) side behind the stands.
There isn't any particular one. I go with who ever can offer the best price. Generally speaking, I find it cheaper as you walk further down / East (towards Nam Cheong St). They vary. Good luck.
