Well, to be honest with UA that issue wouldn't have arisen in the first place as their year is well defined. (UA also granted me gold earlier this year even though i was some 500 miles short at the end of 2012 - not sure how flexible OZ would be on that?)

OZ's year too is well defined, except that what they are doing then is in contradiction to their own rules...
