Depending on the property and time period within the last two years, the answer is still yes and no, simply depending on the demand for each property.

The Sheraton Pelikan is a nice example. Almost always available for Friday and Saturday, most of the time no problem for Sunday night either, however Thursday night has only been available around 50% of the time, also depending on the time of booking.

The Pelikan has an excellent Yield Management and pretty much knows exactly what to do incl. closing the place down for two weeks over New Year´s.

Under the bottom line, I do not expect the Hot Escapes rates to be as attractive as BTT, and to a lesser extent, Starpicks.
