Really enjoyed reading your trip report, especially that it includes 2 young children! I have 3 girls age 8 to 14, and have been thinking where to take them for their next international trip. Your report certainly makes me consider Bali.

As to your question for what's next, how about China? It may not be as exotic as Bali, but certainly full of culture and history. We are going there this coming holiday, it will be the 4th trip of my eldest daughter and the 2nd trip of the youngest. And they all remember the crazy "bug" they ate in Guangzhou last time! :-) We are using AA miles to fly Cathay to HK on the outbound but weren't able to get any seats on the return as it is peak holiday travel season, so we are flying back from Shanghai on AA but all five of us are in first class!

By the way, I LOVE that beautiful sunset picture at the beginning of your report! Simply stunning! And the food at the seafood restaurant, yummy! Can totally imagine my husband wanting to eat there every meal! LOL
