Emirates would of course be the easiest travelwise but would cost you for mrs. P's ticket. But you can credit AS and use towards a reward ticket on one of their partners.

Getting to Frankfurt and then taking Condor could be an option. Not sure if you can book a reward on Condor via UA though I have seen revenue flights bookable operated by Condor on the UA booking system.
