Yes. I had to fill out the contact form and request credit to get the miles to post for my 9/30 MCO-GNV segment on Silver.
On an interesting side note, my boarding pass (email delivery, since the app wouldn't work with the segment on Silver) still said Silver Airways dba United Express. I pointed this out in my communications with Mileage Plus, and was granted 500 PQM and 1 PQS for this segment.
Even more interesting, if I viewed my reservation on the United app (android), the segment on Silver displayed as "Operated by Gulfstream International Airlines dba Continental Connection."
