Here's what I found last Wed night MCO/FLL on UA4014:

No United App check in available
Failed at United Kiosk Check in
Waited in line at United and was told to check in at Silver Counter
Waited in line at Silver counter
No TSA Precheck
No Access to Premium line (even showed my 1K Card, no deal, Silver isn't part of the Premium program I was told by the ticket checker person)

20 Minute wait to snake through MCO security line with hundreds of sweaty, tired children and their braindead parents (it's a good reminder of how easy I do have it with Precheck & premium access)

No access to the United Club just using your BP because they can't scan it. (had to dig out my UC Card and ID)

Ok, much of this is a whine, but, unless I read the press release earlier this year on the United website and remembered, I had no clue of these changes.

Nothing on my itinerary told me to do anything special with this flight. I guess I'm supposed to know the difference between "UA 4014, Operated by United Express/Silver Airways" and "UA 4014, Operated by Silver Airways"
