Don't forget that in many markets that offer the supplementary platinum, the supplementary cardholder also receives Priority Pass and because the cards are issued outside the US, both card holders receive the full membership with UA lounge access. I would be curious to know, but my guess is that Netherlands primary and supplementary cardholders each receive a priority pass in the annual fee.
