I am on flight 577, SFO-EWR right now, and this is my first experience with these new seats. The seatback is very uncomfortable, and there is no place for personal storage, other than a small net that is too tight to hold more than a few pieces of paper.

I got an email proclaiming that there will be WiFi on my upcoming flight to EWR, but that does not appear to be true. No video, no audio, no comfort.

I am growing tired of flying United.
