ANA's website say 70 minutes minimum to transfer from domestic to international at Haneda. But that is with one ticket, sounds you have two different tickets. I.e. SQ will not know that you have an inbound connection if there is a delay. I would say no problem for two flights on the same booking, maybe a bit short on two seperate bookings.
