- owner (freehold/leasehold and private/public)

- manager (could be owner, could be a single person, could be a company)
and sometimes +
- brand name (which is either the name of the owner, the company that manages, or another company that the owner/manager pays a license/franchise/brand fee to, in order to use, for marketing purposes)
