Emirates High Street... Changing delivery address

Hello everyone,

I have a major issue. I used my miles on my skywards account. I bought a watch and I choose to pick it up from Dubai pick up point. But stupid of me, I thought I could pick it up at Le Clos, inside the Terminal 3...while I would be transiting there on Monday 14th October, from 00:30 to 03:30am... But the watch has been shipped to Aramex in Dubai. I cannot go there.

So what can I do ? I spent 38k milles and 8.50 $ in fees. I am afraid I would lost everything.

Any help would be highly appreciate,
