I don't think the DEN/MKE bonuses failing to stack on itself are necessarily informative as to whether the MEM & SJU promos would stack since DEN/MKE was a single promotion that didn't stack on itself for DEN-MKE or MKE-DEN itineraries. This is a situation with 2 (or, possibly 3) promos apply separately. Of course, they still may not stack.
