Card renewal
It's been over a month since my membership year renewed, and I notice that on the "order stuff" page, there's not even a renewal marked as pending or processed, let alone dispatched.
I'm fully aware they make the cards in batches, but my GGL card arrived before I could get home from my qualifying trip, and I never had to wait more than about 2wks for a renewal card. Given that I'm travelling for a few weeks, and that could get extended, my card could expire in the meantime. I know this isn't ever a problem for BA flights, but AA agents can be picky. Has anyone had any stupidly long fulfilment windows? Given that I requalified in January, I thought they might have been prepped.
And yes, I could always ask for them to send me a fax, but unfortunately I was born in the late 80s, and then moved to the 21st century, so I'm not even sure how a fax machine works, let alone own one.
