Generally I've found the sked change people very helpful, and actually call you back when they say they will.
They spoked to SQ and the flight is overbooked and they can't get me in there.
She offered a full refund which doesn't work.
I asked about an upgrade on my existing route.. again no go.
Have to call back in 10 days to see if SQ opens up.
