The processor is also a generation behind the F3/F6, the screen is a lower quality, and the phone doesn't support European 3G/4G frequencies FWIW.

What I didn't mention and should have is that the Nexus 5 will be coming out in 4-5 weeks. If it is priced like the Nexus 4, it will be ~$300-$400, a great phone that's chock full of world frequency bands, although it likely won't support Wifi calling.
