You probably already know this but in many place in Europe, including Spain, they are very strict about occupancy. +1 Maybe Id try it if was double beds , but twin beds no way even if not caught no ones gonna get any sleep not enough room on the bed. Add to that that every time you enter or leave the hotel it will have to be 1 adult and 1 child. If its only for 1 night, it may be possible to pull it off, anything more then 1 night most likely you will mess up and hello rack rate.
Not worth trying,IMO
