I'm failing to see how a European room with two twin beds would be perfect for four people, no matter how small the children are. You probably already know this but in many place in Europe, including Spain, they are very strict about occupancy. Normally, I am one to break to break the rules but I would not recommend doing so in this case. Your perfect situation sounds like a version of vacation hell to me.
