Overweight or excess baggage to Europe?

I have a 20kg allowance for my PNH-ICN-LHR route and I am trying to figure out how much it will cost if I go overweight or take an extra bag.

For overweight it says "If a baggage exceeds the weight limit, it will be charged 1.5% of the current full normal economy fare per kilogram.* Charges are based on the normal prices announced by IATA"

Any idea what that actually amounts to? I don't know what the IATA rates are or if they base it on a one-way or round-trip.

For extra bags, they don't seem to have any info on routes to Europe on their excess bag page. (http://eu.flyasiana.com/Global/EU/en...?fid=INFO15300)

Any info would be appreciated, I'm traveling tomorrow!
