I have a household account with my partner with our addresses based in Greece as we move between the UK and GR regularly. Now I made Silver only a few months ago so qualified at the regular level of 600. Partner has been silver on 400 point level for a couple years now.
Both mine and partner's membership year ends/ended 8 Oct 2013.
His has been reset to 0 tier points, Membership ends 8 Oct 2014 and card expiry says 30 Nov 2013 but still says he needs 400 tier points to maintain Silver - I thought last year was the last year for the old level?
My account still has the 1100 tier points with membership year ending 8 Oct 2013 and card expiry 30 Nov 2014.

The other thing is we now want to move our account back to the UK so we can apply for a BA Amex. If I move our address, will my partner then need to hit 400 or would it change to 600 for Silver this year?
