As mentioned should be light at 630am , later it maybe busier, as many flights to the mainland later in morning (other airlines), and with the combined holiday times (China's golden week last week+Taiwan's mini holiday this week), it may be busier than normal with business people returning to China after a long break in TW. On longer holidays (this weekend is long holiday for many) traffic can be bad, but that early in morning you should be fine.
