My EC tier point collection year ended October 8th. Since then I've already racked up 150 tier points.

On my EC home page it's still showing the tier points I accrued last year. I can see that the new 150 points have been added to my lifetime points but not to my annual balance where they were credited and then balance adjusted back out again.

How long does it normally take for the EC to reset and point to get correctly added. I don't want to loose the 150 that I have already earned in my new collection year.
