You can fly any BA partner, your main options would be AA or AS. Use their website to find valid routings.

There is no First on YYC-LHR as has been pointed out to you.
A Canadian companion ticket must start and end in Canada on BA metal only, look for availability from all airports in Canada BA flies to. If you must have 4 tickets in a premium cabin it will be very hard.
Subject to availability, anything up to YYC-LHR-SYD would be possible.
