I tried the helpline again last night and they were still confused as to why these seats are showing available on a dummy booking but not on MMB

They did get the 15B to go in the system but then the system kicked it out 3 minutes later with an error message saying these seats not applicable. I confused the entire office of the helpline and they had to ring the BA seating team. Apprently thses bulkhead seats are not released to lowely silver until OLCI.

But some threads say 14 days before and some say 72 hrs any ideas which one ?
