I did not find similar statements in Wiki.
READ more carefully - it is the last paragraph of FAQ No.2. I just went in Wiki to make it Bold and in Red color and underline the Key Words because it seems many who read the Wiki, like yourself, have totally MISSED it.
When you read about the bolded "The Rules themselves are not flexible." you really should read very carefully and digest the content. Getting denial solely because messing up the timeline is pure user error which can totally be avoided should people pay more attention when reading the Wiki.
