With handbagage only, 45 minutes should be more than enough. With checked bagage, at least an hour probably more. You will need to collect your bags and check them in again at the airport and bagage handling can be painfully slow. I have waited for my bags for more than 30 minutes many times and priority tagged bags are usually the last ones to appear on the belt.
