I have been on an A320 to ARN, but that was a long time ago. ARN has been solidly A330 for a long time, and now with the 787. The A320 and A321 have also made appearances to MUC. GVA is another route that switches a lot between the A330 and A320.

The IFE on the A320 is good, but the seats aren't. QR could go FULL FLAT (not angled) on the A320 in a 12J / 120Y or 8J / 132Y and preserve their premium product integrity. I hope they do that, these aircraft will be great for African and Eastern European routes.

I can't imagine how QR's frequent travellers ex-ZRH, MXP and FCO feel. Being loyal QR customers and flying QR's A330 for years and now having to put up with the cradle seats on a 6hr flight. Also can you imagine a first time traveller on QR's business. Sees all the ads on CNN and BBC, all the five star marketing, books a ticket, and gets surprised when boarding their long haul flight to be in a cradle seat on an A320. Its odd that QR deploys the A320 on routes where EK flies the A380!
