You will feel absolutely everything. Truth be told, it's the absolute coolest "first time flying" experience in my opinion. There isn't even a door to the cockpit; it's basically a curtain that's usually left open. Which means, of course, you can pass the time looking into the cockpit and watching the pilots work. Your next experience on the YYZ-FCO segment will be totally different. I'm actually a little envious that you'll be experiencing the whole thing on your first flight.
