Good choice overall I think. OS availability is excellent out of IAD (which is conveniently a *A hub) and their J product looks phenomenal. Just booked a IAD-VIE-NRT-VIE-IAD for 90K. I've found LH's product to be a bit of a disappointment, especially the old layout (haven't flown the new one).


On a wholly unrelated note, the hang up call back mantra could not be more true. I put 2 tickets on hold and tried to use both my 90K and a friend's 90K for the 2 tickets. When I called back the first person said "oh no" when I mentioned this and then put me on hold for over a half hour. I eventually hung up and called again. The 2nd person said "I need to split your PNR," put me on hold for 20 mins, then came back and said she wasn't sure she could do it. On my third call, the agent had us ticketed 5 minutes after I called.
