Honeymoon/First time flying - Upgrade Question?
Hello! 
I wasn't sure where to start with my question, but figured since Air Canada is the way we are flying, would start here. My wife and I are flying from Harrisburg, PA to Toronto and from there to Rome, Italy. We booked our flight through Orbits and our first flight departs 10/13 at 4:30PM. My wife has flown before (although that was about 13 years ago and not with Air Canada) and this will be my first time flying ever. We are also on our honeymoon. The seats we purchased our economy. I was wondering what the odds are (if any) of possibly requesting a complimentary upgrade on our flight to Rome? I’m not even sure if agents can do that anymore or if it may be disregarded since we didn’t book directly through Air Canada. We did put in the request through Orbitz today, but again not sure if they really do that or if it’s just a customer service “trick” to make it appear they are trying.
