MPO finally got around to issuing the ticket

Well the good news - they made sure the ticket was date-amendment fee-free

"*M*FLIGHT/ DATE CHANGE FREE OF CHARGE/TICKET VALID 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF ISSUE/ASIA MILES-TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY "


The (possibly) bad news - MPO said they cannot process the redemption online, and have to do so by hand.
***They seem to have charged me again after telling me about the manual redemption***. I'm sure they won't double charge, but it may be the online payment that does not get presented.
Since I used an eye on the redemption this will affect my 5X bonus. I will have to apply for special consideration with CCB now, but it's strictly not their problem!
