Well-made Japanese box? Sake cups?

I wasn't quite sure how to put it in the title, but we've of course seen quite a few wood boxes, and as gifts, we'd like to bring a few back, in various sizes. Anyone know where they'd sell these in Tokyo? Are we fine just searching at a depachika or is that overkill? Are there any specialty stores that really do this kind of thing well?

Also, sake cups. I've been recommended Sake Plaza. Any others?
