Well I just a run of SIN-KUL-KCH-KUL-SIN and 3 of the flights posted within 2 weeks but the third didn't post. Raised a claim which was promptly rejected. Written back to Exec club to get these posted. I was flying business for reference so no issues with the fare class, but could be a reason as to why yours didn't.
