@OP, theres been extensive discussion that you can redo the Challenge. This is better than a status match where Hyatt continually status match from a competitor, which would be done without limit in the past. At least with the Diamond Challenge, it can only be done once per promo period, and actually results in meaningful business for Hyatt. If the patron doesn't qualify after the challenge, then they are no longer a Diamond member.
