I'm in Calgary and wondering if Passkey would work for stay credit say at an Edmonton hotel? I think I saw some different brands show up. Is it really true if I use Passkey I will receive stay credit towards Hyatt status?
@OP, theres been extensive discussion that you can redo the Challenge. This is better than a status match where Hyatt continually status match from a competitor, which would be done without limit in the past. At least with the Diamond Challenge, it can only be done once per promo period, and actually results in meaningful business for Hyatt. If the patron doesn't qualify after the challenge, then they are no longer a Diamond member.
