First, welcome to FlyerTalk Peoriaman1! Yes. Make sure if you have been shopping that you close all windows and tabs (it will not hurt to clear cookies) and then go to the retail site VIA RR Shopping. What I do if comparison shopping is log on to RR shopping, open each retailer in new tabs, do all of the research and purchase where desired. Since I logged on through RR shopping to all sites, anything I buy is credited.

Well, I must throw kudos to RR shopping and Cartera. I had a purchase (retailer will remain unnamed) from April 2013 that was worth almost 5000 points, so not a trivial matter. I documented the purchase, and Cartera had been on the case since May sending me regular updates that they were working with the retailer and kept apologizing for the lack of points being posted to my shopping account.

Today I get the points posted to my RR account today labeled Courtesy Points, resolution failure, or something similar. (As will not surprise anyone, I tried to log in to my account to get the exact wording and the log in failed repeatedly. Oh, well. I can't demand perfection.)

I have to hand it to Cartera. They handled this professionally and stayed with it for five months.
