From YVR to SEA by bus/train/ferry?
I need to make it from YVR to SEA by any means except air.
My flight arrives at YVR around midnight; my next flight out of SEA by 7:00.
What is the most convenient and inexpensive way to do this?

Detailed logistics with links would be appreciated. TIA.
